RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Aanchal Vijan DOES NOT endorse any refund policy as a standard company protocol, irrespective of a domestic or international order, neither on off the rack nor on made to measure pieces.

We may accept returns for account credit only. For this purpose, we must receive the merchandise within 2 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed and undamaged by you. Goods will be returned only if they are returned in their original packaging. We do not provide a refund on any goods sold.

In the above scenarios, the client must notify our team about the issue over an email stating the concerns clearly along with the images of the problem areas in the outfit within 24 hours of receiving it.

If your purchase meets our return criteria stated above, please email us at within 24 hours of delivery with the following information:
– Order number
– Delivery address
– Specify the reason for return and in case of a defective or incorrect product, please send us an image of the item.

We unfortunately will not be able to entertain emails or images sent over a day after delivery.

We’d request you to ensure that the product is sent back to us in its original condition and packaging.

If there is a genuine defect in the product, we’re happy to exchange your product for a replacement, a different product of the same value after we receive the product at our contact address, following an inspection & quality check.

All returns/exchange courier charges to our contact address are borne by the customer. On delivering your replacement, we will cover shipping charges.

Once the garment is received on approval by Aanchal Vijan, please be informed that the sole discretion of accepting the return or exchange of the piece lies with Aanchal vijian  only based on the timelines and quality of the returned piece. Necessary corrections shall be made to the outfit upon approval and returned within a fresh date of delivery to the customer.

ALTERATIONS

Only alterations shall be accepted in case of the below mentioned scenarios:

1. If the merchandise you have ordered from us is damaged or defective.

2. If you receive an incorrect item instead of the merchandise you ordered.

3. If the garment fit is off according to our style-guide.

FIT & SIZE

Kindly refer to our standard size-chart for a better understanding of the body measurements that fit you best. Fit variantly depends on the cut and style respectively. Each garment has an ease of atleast 3-4 inches overall in addition to the measurements on the size-chart for a comfortable fit.

Bespoke outfits shall be made according to the measurements provided by the customer. If the fit varies due to inaccurate measurements provided to us, alterations will be chargeable henceforth.

COLOR VARIATIONS

Product images throughout the website are subject to slight color variations. Images on the screen may appear negligibly different in terms of tones and shades of the actual product. Imperfections in the fabric or print/color/dye may occur due to natural processes in most cases and manual in some, which do not fall under QC fails or rejects.

CANCELLATIONS/REFUNDS

Orders once placed cannot be cancelled or refunded upon request after being processed by our team. All orders are handcrafted especially for you, hence Aanchal Vijan reserves the right to accept or cancel orders at any given point.

SALE

Promotional offers may only be valid on certain merchandise on the website for a limited time period. Sale prices remain applicable only on  Aanchal Vijan. Kindly note that the sale outfits cannot be exchanged or returned. No alterations shall be accepted for items on sale.

DELIVERY POLICIES

We currently DO NOT provide Cash On Delivery services. All orders shall be prepaid. International shipping charges are to be calculated and paid by the customer on checkout.
